hmm you know sumtimes parents blh jadi overacting, dramatic, n x rasional
which lead to misunderstanding. there's few types of parents,
there are pros n cons
this is just my assumption and my point of view based on what i see on my daily life.. it might be true and it might be not..
1st type - typical type of parent
-always giving the pressure instead of supporting
as example.. u will having an important exam around the corner
instead of they support you they will give more pressure by saying
"hey!, u better get good result, strike all A's, no bad grades, make sure you do, or ull get grounded"
thats not what ur childs want to hear, that will give them more pressure,
they might be can stands it, but not everyone..
2nd type of parent - i don't bother
- the type that not giving much attention on their children
as example.. "owh watcha doing son?" 'study dad' "okay"
this type of parents will lead to either good one or a bad one
as they turn out will be "hey ur parents dont mind ah you are not working?"
'naaa.. my parents dont care la, they busy working only'
thats not really good, because it seems that you dont care whats happening since the parents didnt bother, the child may take the advantages not to study well n live the life as a succesfull person.
3rd tpye of parent - the very understanding parents
-giving full support n motivation
as example... "hey there! ur result is coming out tomorrow, am i right?"
'yes daddy, i hope ill get good result'
"dun worry son, i know you will do good, u have done the very best ain't you?"
'hmm yeah'
as it turns out the result ain't that good
'dad, i didnt achieve good grades, sorry'
"its okay son, there's always next time, dun be sad, i know you have done ur best, be proud of yourself, God have better plan for you, no worries k? lets go out and chill"
this type of parents is the best. be one of this n your child will turn out good.. :)
but not everyone is perfect, by accepting, forgive and forget, it will lead you to a better.
and always remember, there is no parents that didnt love their childs an want the best for them :)
